① Before installation, the board edge needs to be processed with a chamferer. The perforated gypsum board is fixed on the vertical light steel keel with a 25mm self-tapping screw. The spacing is not more than 200mm. The paper surface is not damaged and embedded in the board. The perforated gypsum board is installed vertically with the light steel keel.
② The perforated gypsum board should be arranged for the seam: long side first, short side later, and the regularity of the hole is controlled by straight line and diagonal line; when necessary, the distance between adjacent boards is controlled by a hole alignment device, and a 3mm gap is left for joint treatment.
③ Incomplete holes will appear when the edge is irregular. The treatment method is: block the hole with joint material.
④ Use special joint material to fill the position of the self-tapping screw.
⑤ Joint: After assembly, clean the board seam and apply the interface agent to the board seam with a brush. Special joint material is used for joint treatment. Gently squeeze the joint material to penetrate the full depth, scrape off the excess joint material, and do not damage the paper surface. After the first layer dries, apply the second layer and scrape it with a scraper to ensure that the joints are completely filled. If holes are blocked during the jointing process, clean them before the jointing material dries. When the joints are completed, they need to be polished.
⑥ Finishing: Use diluted primer to balance the absorption level between the joints and the boards, and finish with latex paint.
