Q: Can I get a sample order?

A: Yes, it is welcome to order samples for testing or checking the quality. A trial order of mixed samples is acceptable.

Q: What is your minimum quantity of products?

A: Our MOQ is usually one 20' container for shipment. Trial order can be assorted items limited to two patterns. Please feel free to let us know your need and we will try our best to start business for you to further seeing our mass production quality.

Q: What is a ceiling grid?

A: The primary purpose of ceiling grids is to provide a stable and level foundation for ceiling tiles, which can be used to conceal HVAC ducts, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other utilities, while also allowing easy access for maintenance or repairs.

Q: How far apart are ceiling grid mains?

A: The spacing of main runners at 4 feet on center. Minimum 12-gauge hanger wires. Hanger wire wrapped with three tight turns over a 3-inch length. Hanger wire within 3 inches of expansion reliefs unless otherwise tested.

Q: What are the most common types of ceiling grid sizes?

A: This is the most commonly used and available grid system to install suspended (drop) 24" x 24" and 24" x 48" ceiling panels.

Q: How to clean a ceiling grid?

A: For pencil marks, smudges, or clinging dirt, use an ordinary art gum eraser. Another option is to use a good grade wall cleaner. For a more thorough ceiling cleaning, dampen a cloth or sponge in water containing mild soap. Wring out the cloth or sponge and gently wipe off the ceiling tiles or panels.

Q: Are ceiling grids magnetic?

A: Make sure your ceiling grid is not aluminum. (I'm in construction) Most ceiling grids are made of aluminum, which is not magnetic.

Q: What width is suspended ceiling grid?

A: The 24mm (standard) is the most popular width of Main Runner/Main Tee Bar. This width of gridwork is only suitable for square edge and tegular edge ceiling tiles.
