Q: What is your minimum quantity of products?

A: Our MOQ is usually one 20' container for shipment. Trial order can be assorted items limited to two patterns. Please feel free to let us know your need and we will try our best to start business for you to further seeing our mass production quality.

Q: What should I do if I have already paid for the mold but still receive unqualified samples?

A: For the first development of non-standard parts, if we deliver you unqualified samples, we will refund the mold fee. If you can give us some more time to revise and modify the mold, we will continue working on it until it is approved.
